COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Registrations are taken on a first come, first served basis. If classes are full, you will be added to a waiting list for any openings. You will receive an email confirmation with the class details approximately one week before the class that you are enrolled in starts.

Disruptive Behavior:

Autumn’s Treble Makers strives to make music and performing a fun and safe learning experience for your child. We reserve the right to remove a child from our classes permanently if we deem their behavior to be inappropriate or disruptive, with no refund.

Theatre Inclusion:

Performances are not sensory-friendly (sensory friendly performances are when the house lights are kept on, sound levels are lower, audience numbers are kept to a minimum and audience members are free to talk). Braille, large print, ASL signed interpretations and audio descriptions are not available at this time.

Disability Assistance:

Autumn’s Treble Makers believes theatre should be shared with the widest possible audience and with reasonable accommodations, has tried hard to make its classes available to everyone, including performers with special needs considerations (AD/HD, Cognitive Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Asperger’s Syndrome, Developmental Disabilities, Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Speech Impairments).

Please write down all medications, physical, emotional, or behavioral challenges and diagnoses your child may have on your child’s performers forms. This information will make our class instruction more effective and your performers experience more rewarding. Any information provided will remain confidential. Autumn will discuss with you personally about ways to make your child’s success and realize their artistic potential

If your performer falls under the category of special needs, it is important for parents and guardians to understand these classes and camps are not designed to be  “special needs” camps or sessions. Autumn’s Treble Makers is not staffed with disability trained counselors, nurses or customized equipment for children with physical disabilities. If your child needs additional support beyond what we offer, we welcome you to coordinate a counselor or family members to assist your child. Please call Autumn if you have any questions, or to determine if our mainstream musical theatre program is right for your child.

NO REFUNDS are made after the first meeting of the class but can be applied to the next session of classes offered.

We offer a $15 discount for each sibling who registers with Autumn’s Treble Makers. This discount will be applied to the initial registration.
